We want you to love your new outfit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate your prepaid shipping label and print it out along with your return packing slip.
Pack & Post
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a store credit via email within 5-7 business days.
